😐回頭度:1/10😐 之前都已經睇過好多呢間小店嘅介紹,一直想試咗好耐今次嚟到荔枝角又咁啱經過就梗係唔會錯過呢個試新嘢嘅機會啦最近努力嘗試堅持緊減脂,所以就揀咗樣比較低脂嘅『杞醉雞胸』 一打開見到啲肉質紋理都知出事,望落已經覺得好乾,一定係煮到過晒火一食,嚇親,件雞胸勁柴、勁韌,就好似翻煲咗幾十次嘅瘦肉咁......可能大家都會話想好食嘅就應該揀雞脾位啦,但其實雞胸要煮得好食都唔算好難啫,近年大把餐廳推出嘅雞胸肉菜色都烹調得幾好,就算未必做到嫩滑多汁,但都不至於會柴到韌...😅 今次我就冇試到其他款式,唔知其他嘅質素如何啦至於個醉汁,味道上就偏淡,略帶甜味,就唔係幾啱我口味喇...不過真係建議如果無心做好雞胸肉就不如索性唔好賣呢個部位嘅菜色,盞令食客失望呀😢

一食,嚇親,件雞胸勁柴、勁韌,就好似翻煲咗幾十次嘅瘦肉咁......
可能大家都會話想好食嘅就應該揀雞脾位啦,但其實雞胸要煮得好食都唔算好難啫,近年大把餐廳推出嘅雞胸肉菜色都烹調得幾好,就算未必做到嫩滑多汁,但都不至於會柴到韌...😅

今次我就冇試到其他款式,唔知其他嘅質素如何啦
至於個醉汁,味道上就偏淡,略帶甜味,就唔係幾啱我口味喇...
不過真係建議如果無心做好雞胸肉就不如索性唔好賣呢個部位嘅菜色,盞令食客失望呀😢
