To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相約好耐無見嘅朋友聚一聚，響openrice搵咗好多間無位，見呢間食評不錯就選定了呢間，期待新鮮海鮮仲有又甜又解味一個靚粥；誰不知牛肉叫到吊籠竟然無味，海鮮好失望，唔知點解海鮮好似唔新鮮，問職員答案係無問題，叫我們放心吃，感覺中伏都算啦，繼續吹下水慢慢吃，不過仲有一個問題係冷氣完全唔夠，邊食邊出汗，職員話已經開到最大，我哋懷疑直頭壞冷氣，我哋拿拿林快煮埋個粥，感覺都好一般，吾係好有鮮味嘅粥，真係好失望。
