To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 買咗半斤叉燒，原價買$55 ，全部都是頭頭尾尾，不是第一次。見到個廚師，嚿嚿叉燒喺度同你換，換埋啲頭頭尾，換到差唔多你成盒都唔想要，真係冇下次，外賣亦都冇人幫你包，要自己搞掂，真係搵氣嚟受。所以真係冇辦法，有時都唔想北上消費，真係逼出嚟，有時間都只可以上深圳，感受吓人哋啲服務，同埋食物質素唔會咁樣樣同你換來換去，希望大家樂嘅管理層睇到可以改善，唔好事事話港人唔支持香港食肆。
