內地連鎖攻港尋求業績增長點,碰上了10萬高才來港,外加經濟下行,對中低端的內地菜系需求增加,造就了農耕記大排長龍的景象。今日好奇一試,對它的招牌鮑魚辣椒炒肉頗為失望。所用尖椒尤如青椒不見椒香,豬肉太老,豬油喳放得太保守,反而油又太多不夠乾身。鮑魚放得有點叫我莫名其妙,很可能是為了合理化$128的售價?整個招牌不夠香沒亮點,唯一好處是還算便宜。另外絲瓜量也很多,切得盡顯刀工,我是指切菜機的刀工。一餐下來兩人埋單$259, 不算飽,感覺很像是湖南菜系的大牌檔,但就這個招牌炒肉,我和農耕記以後應該也無緣了,還是等費xx來香港吧!
