Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (金百利廣場)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣熱,想食餐簡簡單單嘅開胃飯,就諗不如搵間酸菜魚食下,所以就去左銅鑼灣嘅傷心酸辣粉。餐廳環境尚可,人頭滿滿,所以有點嘈。😅酸菜魚(小辣)本人食酸菜魚嘅經驗不多,但每次食嘅都係薄薄嘅魚片,所以當見到呢碗魚嘅厚切度嚟講係有點吃驚嘅。事實上,係可以形容似係一舊魚柳。當然,理論上用魚柳可能想增加口感,但魚肉好削同一陣雪味🙊,食左兩啖就接受唔到。味道方面,辣是有啲,但酸就欠奉了。😪😪蒜泥白肉比起一般餐廳嘅蒜泥白肉多汁,味道屬於正常水平。整體普通,唔太特別。手撕雞一個字,‘鞋’!啲肉質完全係鞋,好難遇上咁令人失望嘅手撒雞!🥲🥲今次體驗,得出嚟既總結就係~無下次!

比起一般餐廳嘅蒜泥白肉多汁,味道屬於正常水平。整體普通,唔太特別。
