To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友新搬黎九龍城, 參觀完新屋一齊落街食晚飯,佢帶我黎左呢間西餐廳, 話唔貴又好味.睇睇餐牌好多選擇, 仲有2人餐, 不過我地唔想食pizza, 所以就咁散叫.要左香煎法國油鴨肶,, 外面煎得夠香脆, 唔會好油. 鴨肶大隻而肥美, 入口保持嫩滑, 唔會好乾. 而且鴨肉味夠濃, 唔洗點太多醬汁都夠味.仲有一份美國肉眼牛扒, 手掌咁大夠實在. 外面煎到微燶夠晒香, 一切已覺肉質好嫩, 食入口唔韌, 唔多筋. 肉味濃郁, 夠juicy. 另外要多款法式焗田螺小食, 焗得好香. 田螺好易就勾出黎, 食得無難度. 食落夠爽口, 無沙好乾淨.
