To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

永遠粉麵最迷人，唔會好似米飯食到飽一飽，唔會齋食肉食得多就濟左。依間野我第一次食，除左我覺得有水平之上既水準，依度既人情味都令我難忘。 撈麵依家唔係到到好味，有一碗清而有蝦籽味既湯係好難得，粒粒雲吞都漲卜卜。仲有埋少少菜跟埋，幾廿蚊黎講，邊度食到呀！性價比超高。 麵底方面，粗幼麵條條分明，冇鹼水味又有少少蛋香。 最後有個小魚皮，係老細私人醒。冇特別原因，我地又唔係熟客。一問究竟，佢話我鍾意咯。成個感覺好親切，而且魚皮拎果碗湯浸一浸，好好味。果種好味好似周星馳係食神食叉燒飯一樣，既平凡，但會溫暖你心底。 配埋樽裝既汽水，寧舍好飲。令人回味無窮既係食物；令人回頭再嘗係感覺。同叮叮去食係更加唔同，因為約會像是為，分享到飽暖滋味。
