那天在旺角閒逛找餐廳吃飯,經過堅石燒想起是某名YouTube開的店,而且好像很久沒吃過燒肉,評價好像也不錯,試一試吧。餐牌上可自選不同肉類和重量,加$18可享自助吧。自助吧有飲品、沙律、飯、意粉和雪糕跟啫喱等甜品,$18來說很划算。先來的是200g A4和牛肉眼蓋,可見雪花紋理非常漂亮,厚度適中,有十大塊,性價比不錯。餐廳附送一塊小牛油,可用來搽在石鍋上再燒肉,更添風味。和牛完全是入口即溶,油脂在口中爆發,質感柔軟,是很幸福的感覺♥️韓式厚切鰻魚石頭鍋飯,大大舊鰻魚啊😍上檯時是熱辣辣的,拌勻泡菜、粟米、芽菜等配料再配上啖啖肉鰻魚,非常美味👍🏻焗釀大蘑菇,是我最愛吃的大啡菇🥰蘑菇裡釀了非常多配料,而且蘑菇焗過後仍然十分Juicy,加上醬汁,味道很豐富。芝士焗青口,青口肥美,除了青口還有薯蓉,喜歡它鋪上滿滿白汁,用來撈薯蓉一流👍🏻想不到除了燒肉其他主食和小食也不錯,在旺角又多一個吃飯的好選擇了!
