朋友一直話想黎食呢間既廚師發板,今日終於試到啦。我地好好彩坐到係bar枱,可以好好欣賞廚師既刀工廚師首先會問我地有咩唔食先開始料理。第一次食好期待,唔知佢會整咩俾我地食呢個頭盤好豐富,廚師有一一講解係咩黎同點食,不過太肚餓啦,我只係記得有燒拖籮,北寄貝同鯛魚。舊拖籮入口即溶,北寄貝超鮮正到形容唔到跟住到壽司環節,呢件海膽十分鮮甜,一啲腥味都無架。呢件拖籮不得了,完全無根入口即溶,係香港好難食到咁既質素呢件碌皮魚,燒完好香,完全唔使點豉油。啲魚油係口腔道久久不散。紙鍋,賣相好好,不過就要等一段時間先食得。鯛魚同帶子都好鮮甜。隻蝦好大隻有好多膏,本身個湯底好淡但係啲膏漏左入去即刻變得好好味。最後薑味雪糕,好得意好似薑汁撞奶。成餐都好正,性價比好高
