To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Dim Sum Library主打中西合璧的fusion菜,對於不好傳統中菜的人來說頗有新鮮感。擔擔湯包🌶一咬破外層,濃濃的擔擔面湯湧入口中,味道濃郁,層次豐富亦且不會過辣。海膽蟹肉春卷🦀海膽鮮甜,春卷皮鬆脆不會過厚,內裡包裹著蟹肉一起吃,鮮味十足。上海燻蛋擔擔面🍜湯底不會過淡或過咸,亦不會只吃到辣味,但對喜愛花生味的人來說,略嫌不足。雲南黑菌手撕脆皮雞🍗黑松露非常香,雞肉嫰滑,外皮亦十分香脆,令人食指大動。值得一讚的是點心份量是按照人頭上菜,非常貼心。
