To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天公司team building結束之後，就到龍點心報到。在掃描了安心出行後就進入了店面。晚餐時間沒有什麼人。店家空間寬廣，感覺不錯。服務生態度很好。這家下單是用手機掃描QR Code非常方便。今天是第一個點心，是馬拉小籠包。他的小籠包湯汁濃郁，咬下去時味道非常濃厚，超好吃。再加上黑咖啡色的外皮，在視覺上也增加濃郁的感覺，好吃到讓人停不下口。第二道是一龍大滿足點心。有六個精選點心，每一個都讓驚奇超人充滿驚奇。尤其是藍紫色外皮的松露野菌晶瑩餃，第一口咬下去松露味，大家都還敢沒有往下很忙，迎面撲鼻而來，彷彿身處於山林之中。另外，我想跟大家推薦脆脆富貴紅米腸粉。這道菜就好像分子料理一樣，看似是生魚片包脆皮蝦春捲，不管是視覺還是味覺都是頂級的享受。
