令人意外驚喜的Rib Eye

因為朋友公司搬到附近，發覺四周食肆林立，價格又不太貴，今次我地相約有米芝蓮推介的漢堡包店🍔，其牛肉標註係Dry aged 既🐂，肉味比較濃而且有少少發酵味，好正！出面好少有，就算有都好貴，我們4個人叫左個二人套餐抵啲，Wu Tang Burger and Gambler! Wu Tang is always my flavour 以東南風味作招徠，除Dry aged 牛肉之外，仲有Kimchi, 酸瓜，秘製醬汁，呢個真係大力推！另外仲叫左個Ribeye 扒 medium well, 呢個賣相好得，肉味好出，而且是來自澳洲，追求食物品質的一定不能錯過！
