火焰雲山係點火之前, 店前會叫你睇住過程, 這個同一般火焰雪山一樣, 外面是蛋白, 入面是雲呢拿雪糕. 蛋白好滑, 配合埋d汁真係唔錯, 但係個雲呢拿雪糕無咩雲呢拿味, 可能太凍既關係啦, 美中不足法式白草燴梨: 鎮店之寶一定要叫啦, 黎個陣店主提醒個碟會好熱, 但係食既過程友人唔覺得touch到, 真係好熱, 講番味道, 個汁真係好好味, 裏面的梨很淋
