人生入面總會食過一餐飯,會令你莫名其妙的感動,以前我從不相信這樣的謊話,直至我遇上了磯野水產。係磯野水產入面,有幾道菜實在令人難以忘懷,垂涎欲滴,畢生難忘。即使現在想起了,也難掩蓋我激動之情,是天堂上的美食也不為過。要食日本水產浜燒,當然要選一支清酒突顯海鮮既美味。殷勤服務既侍應生介紹左呢支文佳人無濾過生貯藏原酒大吟釀比我地,真係冇令我地失望。開樽蜜瓜香氣樸鼻,清香飄逸,味道入口清甜,味道一層一層咁散發出黎,到最後回甘湧現。果然不失為一大美酒。淺嘗酒後,第一道前菜-沙甸魚,多春魚鯷魚醬配生菜, 沙葛,紅蘿蔔,青瓜,西芹立即端上。鯷魚醬熱滕滕的散發著陣陣咸香,魚既咸鮮味伴隨著清新,鮮甜,爽脆既蔬菜一啖一啖咁送入口中,將我地既味蕾推升,亦令胃部打開。抵食既極盛盒(喜)氣勢不凡,包含左白貝,帆立貝,鮑魚,赤蝦各2隻,響螺,鱈場蟹蟹腳同埋喜知次鮮魚。食客可以跟侍應生溝通點煮法,佢地亦好樂意提供最好既食法比客人。想知我地點食?就繼續向下面睇喇。 響螺用了最簡單又最合適既刺身食法。新鮮既響螺肉切成一片片,口感非常爽脆,味道清甜,自製芥辣豉油更能引出鮮味。白貝用了清酒,加入昆布放入大鐵罐煮,最後更用

燒自家製免治蟹肉雞捧
免治蟹肉雞捧用料好足,大大伴而且啖啖肉,非常結實。蟹味雞味兩種鮮味混合吃,層次出衆。
日本黑豚煙肉
黑豚煙肉半肥瘦,燒得很香但較油膩,吃完飽到不行。

香蕉蛋糕
蛋糕口感好軟綿綿,cream幼滑,好濃郁既香蕉味,味道甜度剛好,吃多也不漏。
燒芝士年糕
外型好似老婆餅,外皮味道也相似,但餡料係軟林林既芝士年糕,芝士不太鹹,沒有蓋過年糕既甜味,不錯。
整餐飯除左係食物超水準之外,服務也是貼心一流。店員永不讓杯子空掉茶水之外,收碟快速。另外一樣驚喜既係每枱客人都奉送一張即影即有相片,好窩心亦好滿意。
