To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去了歐洲10多天,每天也是和乾爭爭的麵包結伴。在外地特別掛念香港的湯麵。香港實在是美食天堂,各款各樣,不同國家的美食任君選擇,為不生厭。今天和旅伴吃了銅鑼灣的雲桂香,間中也會吃的食店,價錢不貴,但比起計譚仔南記優勝之處是,座位舒服多了,可以坐下慢慢細味旅行的一點一滴。今次吃了豬大腸、豬軟骨港式米線小辣$40,配料有韭菜、腐皮、芽菜,友人不愛酸菜,所以第一次點了這。香港獨有的味道,很快就吃光了,友人就覺得偏咸。炸春卷$24,是必點的小吃,很香口,炸得剛好。醬伴皮旦$24,比其他店有點不同,雲桂香這個皮蛋有酒味,很新鮮的口感。最後來一杯港式凍檸茶,簡單一頓飯已經很滿足。
