To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

仍然好味。好耐冇食@沙爹王今日見到白咖喱公司：仍然叫白咖喱豬扒飯，仍然係滿滿香茅同椰漿味加少少辣，個汁真係好味。豬扒應該翻炸：好香油香。唯二缺點，豬扒落鬆肉粉太多，冇豬鮮味，甚至係冇味。口感好鬆，有一塊甚至好似魚腐咁，其二：D椰菜，臭臭地。唔落好過。叫多個蟹蓋。冇乜蟹肉，但有蝦肉。呢個就普通啦。咖啡都可以。唔差喎。唔太苦，係我鍾意嘅。呢間店，樓頂高都算舒服（少人的話）少東好有心，仲有周邊產品。文青布袋，T shirt⋯⋯
