吃新加坡菜,一定要試‘水煮蛋’,如果水煮蛋做得不好,那已經可以‘起身走人’。旺角新世紀廣場土司工坊,只售$7兩隻的水煮蛋頗有水準,喇沙湯蝦味夠濃,班蘭蛋糕有班蘭味,不是‘綠色一Pat’,而且鬆軟。唯獨娘惹過酸。配兩杯即拉咖啡,滿滿一桌$107。是相當不錯的假日選擇。
