這個迷你蛇羹用料非常多，可惜蛇肉的份量卻不算很多，幸好這個湯的鮮美十足，學得出事用了很多肉甚至金華火腿去炮製，而蛇羹內加入了花膠，令整道菜式更加矜貴
This mini snake soup contains a rich array of ingredients; however, the portion of snake meat is somewhat limited. Fortunately, the soup is exceptionally flavorful, likely due to the use of a substantial amount of meat and even Jinhua ham in its preparation. The addition of fish maw enhances the dish's overall luxury.

加入了鮮潤腸及臘腸，潤腸有非常濃的豬肝味道，非常甘香，增加了整到菜式的味道層次，不過糯米飯炒得不夠乾身，略嫌有點黏口
This dish features fresh and succulent Chinese sausages, with the moist sausage imparting a strong liver flavor that enriches the layered taste of the dish. However, the sticky rice is not fried dry enough and tends to be a bit sticky to the palate.

這個點心令人有點而失望，因為鹹水角沒有令人期待的香脆，而且亦沒有軟糯的煙韌感覺，有點兒像麵包的皮一般，而且餡料亦不算太多
