之前係介紹新加坡肉骨茶時都講過,傳統肉骨茶有兩種,新加坡主打白色肉骨茶,白胡椒味為主。馬來西亞主打黑色肉骨茶,藥材味較濃。係公司附近呢幾個月都有光顧呢間馬來西亞餐廳,貪佢肉骨茶夠正,所以今日又去左光顧一下。拉茶源自移居馬來西亞的印度人帶來,用兩個杯子遠距離倒来倒去,看似拉來拉去,故名“拉茶”,“拉”得越長,泡沫越多,味道就會愈好。味道好香好滑,同港式奶茶風味各有不同。肉骨茶勁大煲,藥材味好香,但係唔會話好濃好苦的藥味,而且不會膩。肉排骨煮得夠腍夠香,配上伴菜的醬油同辣椒油好正!油條好新鮮,索哂D湯汁勁好味。食完之後成身暖哂!馬來西亞咖哩豬頸肉喇沙最正既係個湯底,咖喱味加喇沙,又香又濃但又唔會太辣。豆卜最正,索哂D喇沙湯,正!豬頸肉肉質有少少「乸」,肉質唔夠爽口,有點失分。咖喱牛腩飯既牛腩好多,夠哂足料。牛筋好腍,牛腩入味,咖哩算幾香,醬汁好濃,用黎撈飯少少辣,惹味!
