很久沒有兩口子外出吃飯,今日慶祝周年紀念特意選了這間位於K11 Musea 的英國菜餐廳,餐廳位置優越,基本上全餐廳的座位也看到180度全海景,餐廳為我倆安排了靠窗位置,當日客人不多,我們11時準備吃一個早午飯,像包場一樣。當日的午餐餐單,花多眼亂,不知選什麼好,待應殷勤的服務,加上詳細的解釋,小妹就選了威靈頓牛這個,因為從未食過好食的威靈頓牛,但因為侍應的推介,就再比多一次機會吧!頭盤,煙熏三文魚配梳打麵包,這個則比較普通,不過三文魚勝在份量夠多,而麵包的溫度不夠及帶一點硬。另一個頭盤,蘇格蘭蛋配黑布丁及英式酸辣醬,這道菜味道及賣相均有驚喜,蛋的外皮夠趣而且薄,脆皮和蛋之間的黑布丁味道帶一點甜,而且蛋是剛剛熟,味道很不錯。主菜準備來了,侍應亦充當大廚的角色,把餐車推到我們座位前,現場煮一個紅酒汁,非常有誠意,味道亦很香濃,和牛很夾。這個威靈頓牛,外皮的酥皮香脆,厚度適中,牛肉味道鮮嫩多汁,為小妹吃過最出色的威靈頓牛。甜品選了英國傳統新地,新地以微烤過的蛋白霜置頂,下面則有雲呢拿雪糕及士多啤梨和菠蘿成,,我老公食得津津有味,小妹就覺得如果加上芒果會更加好。維多利亞,以香檳酒漬士多啤梨加

維多利亞,以香檳酒漬士多啤梨加開心果雪糕製作,雪糕的開心果味突出,唯獨那個開心果的曲奇則諗身了一點,而且沒有牛油香味。

餐廳還送我們這件朱古力蛋糕慶祝我們的周年紀念,不過味道則偏甜及普通。另外還有松露朱古力可以帶回家慢慢品嚐。
