噚日(24-10-2024 Thur)老公生日,因為兩年前,佢嘅男友人RK俾咗呢喥,入咗錢嘅咭我哋用,所以我book呢間同老公食晚飯慶祝,我哋準時到達,我openrice booking上註明要窗口位同生日,都有滿足要求俾窗口位,坐低後,女侍應即上前問要飲啲咩嘢先,咁喺莫無頭緒時,我就答要清水先。睇完menu點完菜後,就俾餐包我哋先。食落,有啲鹹,個邊係脆,但包身韌。2分4. $358.00 500ml嘅白酒其實我唔識品嚐,只係老公想飲吓酒,就叫白酒送海鮮啦,呢隻白酒都幾易入口嘅。1.$308.00嘅瑞士芝士火鍋及松露三文治等咗好耐至到,女侍應都即刻刨松露落去,而睇到方包係燶晒,誇唔誇張啲?而熔芝士係爆晒出嚟,食落,冇松露味,三文治雖然燶晒,但竟然冇苦味,芝士就正常嘅鹹。2.3分2. $408.00嘅藍龍蝦意大利餛飩,番紅花濃湯上到嚟睇,餛飩得兩粒,加條龍蝦肉,食落,口感都正常冇問題。而原來嗰個洋蔥仔(?),係醃漬物,酸酸地似蕎頭,但冇咁哽。至於個湯,就係濃濃嘅龍蝦味。5分3. $388.00嘅檸檬龍利柳,炒菠菜,蜆肉,白酒奶油醬好耐冇食龍利柳,所以揀呢個。睇見龍利柳都幾大件,檸檬係俾咗半個,重用紗布包住,老公唧啲檸檬汁,但由於太硬,要出盡力至唧到啲。先食炒菠菜,味道好濃,濃到唔好食,而且,配魚係咪唔應該用咁濃味嘅菜?而龍利柳呢,一切落去,有骨嘅?我第一次食龍利柳竟然係有骨,重要呢喥都叫做中高級餐廳,竟然要客人咁失儀,自己吐硬嘅碎骨,要好小心食同令人食得唔暢快。最後,件龍利柳平平無奇,白酒奶油醬味道有啲怪。2.5分5. 送嘅甜品其實唔知會有,亦唔知咩嚟,要食咗至知,原來係朱古力泡芙,都已經腍咗,但成個唔太甜,OK嘅。3分服務:上到去話經openrice book位,醒目男receptionist要求我俾QR code佢掃,確認我出咗席,帶位後,好攪笑地要女客人坐邊一邊,原因係想女客人望住最靚嘅海景食。聽到女侍應幫另外一枱落單時,話太多喇。唔錯噃。會自動俾另一隻碟客人share嘢食。我哋食完餐包後,枱上有麵包碎,會抹走咗至上下一樣食物。都會自動加水。我哋食完所有嘢,女侍應問我哋要唔要甜品?我就問佢攞menu,我哋睇完後,由於飽同覺得唔吸引,就決定唔要,點知原來生日,佢哋會主動送件小甜品,好彩我哋冇叫啫。最後埋單時,我俾張入咗錢嘅咭女侍應,佢check完有幾錢後,問我係咪用晒佢?我答係,而餘額我就openrice pay,掃完佢嘅QR code後,我睇唔到openrice dollar,於是同佢講等陣,我研究咗完先。之後再叫佢嚟,由於run嘅時間好長,我都係咁say sorry,但睇到佢有啲唔耐煩。4.6分環境:坐得舒服,但我覺得冷氣開得唔夠,我係就嚟開始流汗。4.7分 continue reading

環境很好❤️📸 對住個海食lunch~2個人去食 叫咗1個set lunch另外再叫多一個豬腩肉配珍珠意粉額外再加多個焗薯蓉配菜味道其實尚算可以set lunch有一杯餐前酒有個前菜同main course同埋甜品賣相都唔差前菜係魷魚天婦羅我揀咗爐魚做main course如果你係比較大胃既話可能唔係好夠😂平日下午時間去相對比較清靜 我諗加埋大概有4至5枱左右不過我係預早book所以坐到窗邊位 夜晚對住海景應該都會係一個唔錯既選擇 continue reading

1:30pm last order,本身book左1點,遲大到1:28到,用幾秒鐘亂咁點左相片既菜式。#1🥹 前菜a紅啡色一舊嘢個件係雞肝,一萬個後悔點,食落去非常之腥,我象徵式搽咗落塊麵包度,如果少少哋嘅話都可以接受嘅。好彩朋友食哂!食哂!係一啲都唔剩咁食哂,但真係超級唔建議點,除非係非常openmind 會接受到任何類型食物嘅人。#2☺️ 前菜b個藍芝士非常之好味,食得出係金錢嘅味道個羅馬生菜有啲硬,但非常之新鮮,冇雪藏味。其他餐廳多多少少都有少少雪藏味,非常之值得推介,不過如果你條脷唔係話好敏感,可能未必認為好值。#3main a 牛肉醬餃子 (我唔記得咩名,呢個名係我改嘅)超級一百倍好食,如果要單嗌嘅話我一定食呢個,濃厚牛肉味+手工餃皮滑得來彈牙又薄。寫緊指一刻都諗起佢個味道非常有記憶點。最後面汁都唔正全部都食晒,個汁睇上去好濃味,但其實味道啱啱好。#4 main b 薯蓉不過不失,冇乜特別,唔係太記得究竟係咩味,大概食咗一兩啖,就俾咗同朋友人食。#5&6 甜品2選1,一定係扇形個薄餅,非常之有法國色彩嘅甜品同調味,個餅皮好脆同埋好香,用嘅雲呢拿非常之香噴噴。呢個都係如果再食單嗌會叫嘅嘢食。總結:如果平時就咁嚟飲茶都幾貴,見到Menu都要108$ 不過會比TWG有性價比,如果以環境同服務嚟計。嘢食嘅話上面有兩款真係食得過,非常之有驚喜,味道同食材拍得住米芝連級數,但真係要睇吓食邊款。環境絕對係比食物高分,以我個人鍾意食環境嚟講,我一定會再嚟,特別係hsbc 餐廳週,兩位埋單$600找幾蚊,呢個價錢來試吓真係好值得。 continue reading
