一家人外出食飯打算發掘下未食過嘅餐廳,今日就揀咗依間食。好耐冇去過有魚缸嘅酒樓,係同區少數,決定嚟食下海鮮。小菜一碟唔太貴揀咗碟脆皮燒腩仔非常高質,首先佢唔鹹,最上層嘅皮仲係脆身冇硬到,肉質細嫩。一人點咗一隻用陳皮蒸嘅鮑魚,係有鮮味嘅,$28一隻嚟講不過不失啦。超好食嘅胡椒煎魚卜,必點胡椒味好濃郁,魚卜煎到好香,表層微微燒焦,外軟內脆,食唔停口。份量好多嘅花膠海味雜菜煲菜有小白菜椰菜花紹菜湯底係清甜嘅魚湯。唔知係咪因爲佢主打海鮮嘅緣故,連蝦乾同魷魚都好有鮮味。蝦乾仲係啖啖肉。薑蔥桶蠔一鍋有大概5隻蠔,大大隻原來係有用炸粉炸過。全部都好肥美,而且因爲有炸過所以份外香口。最後仲有綠豆沙送,正!😍
