泰國嘢一直都係又好味又邪惡嘅食物,今次呢間餐廳位於旺角,地點非常方便。餐廳位於一座商業大廈裡面,差不多每一層都係來自世界各地嘅美食。餐廳裝修以綠色為主調,擺放著不同的植物,令人有身處泰國的感覺。打開餐牌,每樣都想食,令人有選擇困難症。今晚都唔想食得太熱氣,所以先叫了個馬拉盞通菜,比較健康。半打沙嗲係食泰國野係指定動作,豬雞各3串。最後叫多個泰式豬脾好送飯。泰式豬脾好大隻,炆得好冧,D豬皮好膠好黏,好多骨膠原。豬脾肉好冧鹵得好入味,鹵水汁又唔會太咸,味道啱啱好。美中不足的係雞蛋只係白烚蛋,唔係鹵水蛋。呢度既沙嗲真係無得輸,咁大條就不在話下,燒得唔會好燶,保持到肉裡面既肉汁,本身既醃料都好好味,就算唔點沙嗲汁已經好夠味。當然我呢D重口味既一定會點沙嗲汁,令到條串燒更好味。馬拉盞炒通菜炒得好翠綠,唔會過左火,馬拉盞好香好惹味,比起平時食既蝦醬炒通菜無咁咸。食下D菜先可以中和返食肉既肥膩,感覺比較健康。呢度既椰青價錢比一般貴,不過想飲都照嗌啦。雖然係貴D,但椰青既size都好大,椰青水好甜好清,係食泰國野必然之選。
