今日去開將軍澳做野,午餐決定食好啲☺️見到呢間海街丼嘅裝修走日本傳統居酒屋嘅路線,加埋柔和嘅日本樂曲,都幾有去左日本嘅感覺。上網睇番先知原來呢間餐廳係東京同涉谷已經有分店,後來再經2位香港店主帶嚟香港。海寶丼 (並) ($90, 9/10)呢個set有前菜,海寶丼,麵豉湯同烏龍茶 (可添飲)。上菜時店員特別介紹本身個丼飯係白飯,可以按個人喜好將壽司醋啫喱撈入白飯,呢個做法都幾好,可以自己調節酸度,唔鍾意醋飯嘅朋友亦可以直接Skip 左佢。丼飯入面有角切吞拿魚,油甘魚,蜆肉,八爪魚,鰻魚,小扇貝,帶子裙邊,三文魚籽,青瓜等,份量十足,完全唔腥之餘,亦食到各樣海產嘅鮮甜味。Wasabi 相信係鮮磨而成,感覺好fresh。前菜係醃漬蓮藕,酸酸甜甜咁,係幾開胃嘅冷盤。麵豉湯唔會太咸,烏龍茶亦都唔錯。整體我覺得呢個set加埋一都唔使$100,性價比相當高,絕對會再訪!💰人均:$100
