To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於太子的浦東晉家門，是一間如咖啡弄般的台式Cafe但又裝飾中國風味濃厚的酒吧。早早想帶媽媽去吃咖啡弄，但又怕媽媽不想排隊想吃咖啡弄類食物的朋友，不防來這裡哦太子砵蘭街420號地下草莓沙冰$48大大粒沙冰甚為解渴，整餐完結也還沒吃完士多啤酒味剛好，不太死甜哦芝麻五殼牛奶$48新推岀的飲品，愛健康的媽媽點了杯。以大量芝麻粉，五殼粉加牛奶而成不知是否用上脫脂奶，奶味不足加上只拌入芝麻粉，芝麻味也不太足哦露筍溫泉蛋沙律$88上台時溫泉蛋還沒切開，切開後原本是半熟雞蛋。露筍巨型大條，粗壯如芥蘭一般，十分有趣沙律是熱的，有點小奇怪焗芝士吞拿魚蘑菇吐司$68看名子也知道會好吃的吐司，作為包控，一於點一個採用咸香度十足的芝士，抹上濃香酸甜的蕃茄醬加上大量軟綿綿吞拿魚，放在鬆軟香脆吐司上極為美味！值得推介黑松露嘢菌意大利飯$98這裡的意大利飯採用正宗做法，較煙靭硬身，我十分喜歡醬汁濃稠濃郁度高，但黑松露味不太特岀，只是飯量不多，但也好吃紫薯草莓窩夫$88為此而來的我，當時要一份媽媽和我都是紫薯控，我更是窩夫抹，因此一試窩夫有微微蛋香，香脆可口，非太飽肚型窩夫內裡有紫薯夾心，沾上蜂蜜更為好吃蜂蜜味道不錯
