To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這樣的質素,這樣的價錢,這樣的性價比,真的會破壞香港美食太太的名譽,直接影響香港未來。點心的水準非常一般,但價格根本不值得這個價錢。炒飯還可以。炒麵就非常差,上海粗炒根本不應該這個味道,甜到不應該。當然點完餐後就完全莫名其妙地把所有甜品都先上了,而把湯在過了一個小時後所有東西吃完才到,就已經完全沒法明白。然後再回想到剛剛吃過的東西,後悔莫及。
