To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期一班朋友飯聚,歡天喜地搵左間位於九龍城 衙前塱道 的 渝薌烤魚,去到門口,大大個招牌閃閃下非常搶眼,門口見到都幾多人在內,以為會有餐好食!打開餐牌,大部份東西都好似湘菜的前菜,叫了很多種類,包括口水雞、魚皮、青瓜、雞絲粉皮、八爪魚仔、燒茄子等,還有幾款我食完都忘記了食過什麼,因為每碟份量都好少,每人都只得一、兩舊,味道實在普通到不得了。口水雞:骨多過肉,味道不夠濃魚皮 :無味道,每人得一小快青瓜 :普通雞絲粉皮:一般食店都好過佢八爪魚仔:就好似食白灼八爪魚點wasabi燒茄子:睇落好食,食落無味最後當然有食招牌菜燒鯇魚,其實都係噱頭野,食之經驗話我知,通常好食就唔使搞花神,搞花神就因為佢唔夠好食,果然又一次中,有d似泰式燒魚 x水煮魚的混合體,無味無道,無野講。食完第一轉想再叫野食,因為實在好似無食過野,但睇晒個餐牌實在無野好叫,最後一致決定去隔離街食泰國菜,咁大個仔都係第一次要食兩餐晚飯,一次過、無下次。
