今日去左旺角呢間餐廳食飯,最後叫左二人前石燒火鍋套餐(松)日式炸雞啲雞肉好柔嫩,而且好滑,炸嘅時間啱啱好,唔會太燶,如果有多幾件就好啦雜錦天婦羅粉漿唔會太厚,相信佢係用啲靚嘅粉漿,佢比出邊坊間嘅天婦羅皮薄餡靚,即叫即炸好鬼脆。四色刺身盤不過不失,正正常常海鮮鍋物分別有:蝦、墨魚、扇貝、廣東蠔、蜆,食得出係新鮮嘅,而且又大大粒嘅扇貝同埋廣東蠔。石燒日本A4和牛:主角嚟啦!!就咁望落去啲牛,脂肪同肉嘅比例適中,而且呢度嘅廚師會幫我哋燒埋,燒之前仲會問你想要幾多成熟,之後就會用佢嗰塊石黎幫我地燒!專業真係專業,佢哋人出嚟真係特別好食!真係唔需要加任何調味料,都已經好好食!
