次次行過哩間居酒屋,睇到名都覺得幾得意,今次終於可以試試。晚市menu好多選擇,仲有時令菜單。荔枝乳酸蘇打同鳳梨乳酸蘇打,果汁味都幾香,同乳酸balance得幾好,同埋唔會好甜,唔錯。前菜,免費嘅海草沙律,用咗簡單啲日式調味,食落爽口彈牙。四色刺身盤,有三文魚,吞拿魚,赤蝦同帆立貝。三文魚同吞拿魚好大一件,油脂豐富入口即化。赤蝦Q彈軟糯,帆立貝肉質飽滿食落好鮮甜。串燒,揀咗白蔥豚肉串,燒雞棒同燒鮮鰻魚串。用咗醬烤方式烹製,燒烤火候掌握得啱啱好,特別係鰻魚,皮脆肉嫩肉質鮮甜,一定係新鮮鰻魚。令和手卷,刺身堆到山咁,一口落去,有鮮甜刺身,脆口青瓜同埋粒粒魚籽,勁滿足。牛腸鍋,唔單止有牛腸,仲有牛腩同大量蔬菜。牛腸處理得好乾淨,食落好爽口。調味落咗蒜片,辣椒同埋白胡椒,飲完湯身體都暖咗。
