To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上完課到附近的翠豪園吃飯這裡地方大,但好嘈雜服務好慢,雖然多人要招呼,但都不致於等咁耐,係咁吹都要等左成半小時38$ 牛腩+炸醬撈麵價錢唔合理,貴不特止,野食又唔OK其實個麵的賣相就ok既,可惜真係好難食麵的醬汁好少之外,麵的份量都好少,而且好乾,麵的味道好苦,好難入口,又冇彈牙的感覺牛腩就一般般,不係特別難食牛腩的size就大件,不過有少少韌,味道都唔錯的
