To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚同男朋友去呢間大家樂食飯, 因為大家都唔係好肚餓, 叫左一個菜心炒鮮魷小炒套餐及加一碟娃娃菜。揭開個碟蓋見到得6條菜, 5舊小魷魚, 少得可憐, 食物唔靚, 又唔好食, 個飯就唔洗錢咁, 勁大碗我知金融海嘯同物價高漲, 但係個餐已經36蚊, 我完全無法接受呢個質素以前我都好鐘意食大家樂, 覺得佢比其他地方抵食, 不過我以後都唔會再食呢間連鎖餐廳, 真係好差
