To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 試過一次已令我非常難忘,閨蜜話都好想去品嘗美食😝難得辛苦咗成年終於得到出花紅,就要獎勵一下自己個口吧😋隔咗一排個餐牌既食物都唔同,太好了,又有特別食物😍叫杯可樂解解渴,真係太完美啦,竟然係「筍工埋身」😂😂希望成真,就可以食多幾次Omakase 茶碗蒸~~旦仍然係超滑,入面有蝦,元具同埋草菇,唔少得既咁金箔,非常高貴左口魚~~魚味較淡口,加咗岩鹽同柚子汁,慢慢咀嚼,帶出魚香鰤魚~~野生油甘魚,表面用咗炭燒,加少許柚子味,帶出鮮魚味毛蟹拆肉~~絕對啱我既懶人食法,加埋蟹膏一齊交入口,至高享受赤海膽配凡立貝天婦羅,冰火既感覺,新鮮凡立貝,咬口十足,仲會咬到一絲絲白子~~熟咗既鱈魚內藏加咗酸汁,食落好似豆腐花花魚一夜干~~個名好高貴,即係平時叫既咸鮮,日本既咸魚,魚肉奄足一晚,再煎香吞拿魚既面珠肉,用火炙燒一燒,食落成塊牛肉既感覺,唔講都唔知係魚😅大拖羅😍😍都係用火燒幾下,將大量既魚油逼哂出黎,入口即溶,成個口腔都充滿著魚油👍🏻剝皮魚~~重點係刺身上面既魚肝,成條魚最值錢既部位,有d似食緊鵝肝既感覺北海道鮑魚配鮑魚肝醬,帶有點甘香,配埋壽司飯完全唔滯牡丹蝦加蝦膏及蝦子,第一次食,好新鮮赤目魚~
