有筋,食材揀得冇以前咁好,唔推薦,壽x郎好食過佢

7️⃣紅酒醬油漬赤蝦壽司 $28 (正常普通)
隻蝦一啲都唔肥美,食唔出係紅酒醬油漬,調味唔覺得有咩特別,呢個都係prefer壽x郎

😐總結:好記得第一次食呢間係2019年,個陣仲係立食,望住師傅拎件魚生出黎整握壽司,個件魚生本身嘅油脂香同肥美,係我記憶中超好味,另外仲有送到黎熱辣辣嘅玉子燒,個蛋香流心creamy…

但呢一兩年食,發現真係退步左,無論係揀食材同食材處理手法,冇以前用心😔係咪因為越嚟越開得多分店,所以水準下降
