To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 之前幫襯過油麻地沙嗲王，我朋友叫咗啲職員喺碗拉麵走青，到最後冇走到，但自覺味道還可以，所以今次同咗個妹嚟幫襯，入到間野就開始覺得中伏。原因有幾個：1）入到去唔係繁忙時間，有好多位淨，想坐卡位，但待應好串地話唔得卡位只係比個人坐既。2）叫咗野食，啲野食到齊後，我食第一啖，已經有一塊不明來歷的膠喺我把口入面，我吐出嚟後再問一位待應係咩嚟，個待應話會換比我，但一等就等好耐，我個妹的麵已拖慢嚟食，都已食到所淨無幾，期間我已最少兩次，每次都叫我等，最後第三次忍無可忍嘈佢哋啲待應，先自施施然攞碗麵比我，仲要一句唔好意思都冇。碗麵仲要係比之前嗰碗多3倍的油（相中出現既係被加料的嗰碗麵，並不是我實際最後嚟嗰碗麵）3）按扭上的‘呼叫’係冇用，禁咗落去最少10分鐘都冇人理，過咗10幾分鐘行到埋嚟我哋嗰度，冇問我哋需要啲咩，只叫我禁個取消制。4）本身餐牌上寫特濃朱古力沙冰，點知杯野只係普通朱古力奶加oreo餅碎放上上面。所以，食完依一次，真係後悔嚟咗依間野幫襯，服務、衛生同食物冇一樣達到正常準備，對依間野好失望。
