To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身book左去食團年飯,點知屋企人病左delay 到呢兩日先食。一上到好驚訝,成堆行李喼擺晒喺走廊,行入去房都怕kick親。d碗筷基本上同冇洗冇分別,一層厚厚嘅油喺面,用熱水洗都唔甩要再用紙巾抹,食最貴嗰個滿屋宴,乳豬肥到得層肥膏唔見肉,連男士都哽唔落,龍蝦尚算正常,點知個炸蟹鉗唔知做乜包層杏仁片喺面,另外d餸全部都係唔熱,個紅燒翅凍到勁腥。個餐唔好食就另外散叫d餸,西蘭花炒帶子d帶子又霉又臭,叫個侍應搵廚房試,佢返黎話接受唔到陣味就退或換最後個餐仲有壽包,一咬落去有陣垃圾味好可怕。。真係以後唔會再幫襯。。
