9-10-2011(Sun)同男友行完屏山同流浮山,就決定出元朗市中心搵o野食兼預祝男友生日o既晚飯,咁就豪少少o黎兩年前已經想試o既呢間.我o地o黎到時就o黎6:00pm未開門,睇睇,佢o地6:00pm會正式營業,我又驚佢又好似兩年前咁fully booking,於是o係門口打電話入去問6:00pm有冇位?男老闆答有.咁我同男友o係門口等兼睇定食咩o野啦.5:58pm男老闆就行出o黎開門喇,佢重問頭先係咪我打o黎添,咁就招呼我o地入去,我o地識趣地走去角落坐,佢就揀o左由埋邊數起第三同四個位畀我o地坐,話呢兩個位最好,唔熱o既.啊,謝謝.J佢亦話畀我o地知枱下面有勾,可以將袋掛o係o個o度,咁就舒舒服服地食o野.整好晒,我就同男友商量叫餐定散叫,最後決定要個$418.00二人海鮮餐,有:1. 前菜係雜菜沙律,雪得凍凍的,沙律汁有芝麻,醋同wasabi,又香又酸酸地但又唔係好辣,配搭得好好,我o地食完啲菜重勺啲汁o黎飲.4. 日本廣島蠔睇住老闆將煙肉條煎香至煎脆,然則將蠔拆肉煎熟同鋪蒜蓉,放上碟就教我o地蘸茄汁食,我o地試吓先唔蘸,已經覺得好夠味,蠔身仍有肉汁,唔過火.2. 珍寶巨虎蝦

將兩個帆立貝切成四件,我夾o起o黎食時冇連汁,覺得冇乜o野,但男友話食到酒味,我話我食唔到,佢話可能o係啲汁o度,咁我食第二件時都勺啲汁啦,真係有Sake,重要幾哽,攪到我都有啲wing.

之前o既虎蝦蝦頭都伴埋上o黎,煎得好香.而雜菜份量唔太多,櫻花蝦煎到出晒味,有啲似蝦米咁香,而我食埋呢個就覺得o岩o岩好.

9. 雖然我覺得夠,但男友好似心思思想食牛,既然一場o黎到,就後加$138.00o既美國安格斯薄燒.

老闆問我o地要幾成熟?我o地揸唔到主義,就問佢其實幾多成係最好食?佢答3成,啊,我o地就試3成啦.

拎出o黎,睇到真係好薄,老闆就咁放上鐵板後,即將蒜片同蔥粒放上,卷埋cut成兩件就攪掂.老闆亦叫我o地蘸燒汁食.好,我又試吓先唔蘸,咬一啖牛肉,覺得淡淡的,然後蘸汁食,味道就濃啲,而我亦食到辣味,因為有黑椒加埋冇煎過o既蔥,而薄牛肉呢,我又覺得OK o既.而呢個原來有四片,老闆會留意我o地食完一件至煎另一件,佢亦都有問我o地接唔接受到3成?我o地答接受到,咁佢就繼續煎到3成熟畀我o地.

10. 都係後加$10.00o既鐵板牛油多士.
老闆將煎好o既方包鋪上熔o左o既牛油上索,然後cut成兩件,又脆又熱o既多士,散發出濃濃o既牛油香味,真係好好味.

好精緻好靚,係糯米皮卷住栗子同紅豆蓉,食落,佢亦都係凍食,糯米皮煙韌,加埋兩種唔太甜o既餡,成件食埋覺得甜度o岩o岩好,好好食,我想食多件添.


食埋呢個甜品,我深深感受到完美o既晚餐,佢同前菜真係做到首尾呼應.


服務:
女老闆都好勤快地幫客人斟茶.

男老闆o係多客o既情況下,重可以睇住我o地食完後加o既安格斯,先至再燒下一件上碟,如是者三次(共四件);而最後到我o地食完所有o野停水飲吓茶,佢就會o係適當時間請女老闆端出甜品.其實真係好細心.

其實佢都要兼顧好多o野,但都冇黑面兼態度好,而且令我深深感覺到佢o地係真係真心經營,好想人客食得開心.

我重記得兩年前佢o地full晒,我o係另一間o野食o緊晚飯時,佢o地真係有打返電話畀我話有位添呢.

環境:
開頭未有其他客人同未有o野食先,就覺得個位好凍,但有o野食同有幾個客人o黎之後,就覺得o岩o岩好.而室內o既通風設備都唔差,好舒適.
