To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以為去左世外桃園,太好食啦因為位置比較偏,所以從來無想過約人來食晚餐,今晚大家在附近有事,做完剛剛好。以前去過荃灣同尖沙咀影飲茶都幾好同特別,今次晚餐因為13人一起,本來吾方便影相同寫食評,但真系越食越好食,越特別,越感覺用心做,好難得所有人都話好,所以食到中間才開始影。裝修是中高級,有幾間包間。檯面都擺有雙筷子座,衛生乾淨服務一般,好多waiter都係好得閑但企埋一起傾計,尤其是穿黑西裝果班,叫好長時間至得。廁所系大廈負責,但無抹手紙同埋吾乾淨,哩D應該酒樓可以反應。套餐$3380本來就算普通酒樓都無乜期望,無想過哩間中檔酒樓會做得咁出色,無論份量,賣相,質量,特色都系未試過咁好,每個菜都係超熱辣辣,吾似其他酒樓來到煙都無。鹹甜適中,正。一哥叉燒(4分)- 雖然吾肥,但一D都吾鞋,好鬆好香。涼伴珍珠耳(3分)- 正常爽口,但醋比較酸特色脆素鵝(5分)- 個皮好薄好脆,涵料主要系冬菇等。過橋美國響螺- 真系無想過3千幾有哩D野食,仲要係堂煮,每個人都有起碼4,5塊,湯底好好飲原只鮑魚百靈菇(4分)-鮑汁吾會太濃,仲可以食到鮑魚的味道,吾勒。松露煎肉餅拼海珊骨(5分)-肉餅應該系手切,

- 真系無想過3千幾有哩D野食,仲要係堂煮,每個人都有起碼4,5塊,湯底好好飲

原只鮑魚百靈菇(4分)
-鮑汁吾會太濃,仲可以食到鮑魚的味道,吾勒。

松露煎肉餅拼海珊骨(5分)
-肉餅應該系手切,仲可以食到一粒粒,沒有太多松露味,但整體好好食
-骨真是帶小骨和有一點肥,好香的南乳味,炸的好鬆。

清蒸麒麟班(3分)
-本來以為只是蒸一條大的魚叫麒麟班,原來系好久沒有食過的功夫菜,切了魚片和夾了菇和肉,但可惜蒸的過了一點。

瓦罉焗鼓油文昌雞(3分)
-打開瓦罉蓋,真系香氣四溢,但係食落雞肉有一點鞋,應該也是過了一點時間啊!

龍蝦湯浸豆苗(4分)
- 吾似鬼佬龍蝦湯咁帶苦,豆苗煮得剛剛好,上面的腐竹也是剛剛好,不會爛開。

太極鴛鴦飯(5分)
- 哩個菜系全晚要催的,但來到真系覺得值得等啊,紅汁吾會死酸爛酸,白汁仲難得,系焗過的濃香cheese汁,蝦好爽好有蝦味。

蛋白杏仁茶(5分)
-我平時好怕聞到杏仁茶的味道,但哩個應該係新鮮磨的,吾會太甜。

山西紅棗糕(3分)
- 一般

百果汁(5分)
- 太餐吾跟汽水啤酒而是跟兩jar 百果汁,酸酸地好開胃,又新鮮,起碼比汽水啤酒有益。最後大家仲叫多一jar.(80蚊,抵)

寿包(5分)$168
-因為有人生日,所以多加了寿包,本來都系攞下好意頭,無想到咁好食,最厲害系每一個包有一個蛋黃啊!
