中環最近開左間新法式餐廳，名為Feuille，以蔬菜同本地時令食材為重心，炮製不同精緻料理，今次晚上來到，試了幾款店員推介既菜色，質素同服務都不錯👍🏻.🌟孜然甜粟米好特別又好岩打卡既一道菜🥰選用左本地粟米筍製作蛋漿，上面加了一層孜然焦糖醬，粟米慕斯口感幾滑，味道甜甜的，孜然味唔會好濃，幾新鮮既配搭🤤🌟青豆+蚌+杏仁奶每道菜擺盤都好有心思，呢道以青豆和蜆為主角，蜆肉同象拔蚌都好鮮甜😋仲有寒天製成的蜆啫喱，口感極豐富，而且加了杏仁奶令整體更加滑順同帶有陣陣堅果味～🌟意大利青瓜配加州龍蝦龍蝦經炭燒過都保持到彈性🦞柔軟鮮嫩，可以配旁邊醬汁一齊食，由茴香啫喱、薄荷油和龍蝦高湯混合而成，有提鮮作用，第一次試意大利青瓜花，蒸熟過後略帶甜味🌟百合朱古力呢款朱古力有齊甜同辣既味道！因為加入四川辣椒粉，麻辣味幾上癮，中間食到脆脆係夏威夷果仁同燕麥脆，好滿足既甜點☺️
