Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日晏晝又去左呢度開餐, 今次一行5人, 其中一人黎黐餐, 另外一人已經食飽飽, 所以只叫兩碟: 三絲炒烏冬, 茄汁雜扒意粉, 餐飲要威路士提子汁同菠蘿冰, 兩杯都轉啤酒杯。只係食左炒烏冬同飲左菠蘿冰, 炒烏冬好油, 不過預左, 已比想像中冇咁油。烏冬唔腍bat bat又唔乾爭爭, 幾好, 三絲係叉燒, 瘦肉同火腿, 份量幾夠。味道方面亦幾好, 鹹味岩岩好, 只係三絲味道唔太出, 叉燒炒得略嫌乾身。菠蘿冰好甜, 不過成1/3杯都係菠蘿, 的確好足料, 功課交齊晒。望落雜扒都幾ok, 有一條腸仔, 雞扒豬扒同牛扒都有, 都唔細塊。意粉望落個樣似係偏腍, 但係應該都ok。提子汁係加左不少椰果在內, 朋友話幾好飲。今日知道原來呢度加飯係唔駛錢, 有朋友試過加左兩大碗飯都唔駛錢, 老闆真夠闊佬! 而且, 星期日叫非午餐碟頭飯炒粉麵飯, 啤酒杯飲品理應加$7, 但老闆就計我地齊頭$50。熟客係有著數。另外, 我地開餐時已經係2點幾, 當四周o既檔口都坐唔過一半時, 呢度卻係9成半滿, 我地到場時差點兒要等位, 都咪話唔誇張。
