六點鬆小小既時間已經開始要等位啦🙆🏻‍♀️,可見其係區內既受歡迎程度呢!我地急不及待快點開動點菜啦!個肚打鼓🥁了今次大家決定叫半隻鎮店頭抽雞,賣相唔錯,因為色澤立立令加上頭抽嘅顏色,一食落就知道唔係用冰鮮雞,肉質夠彈牙仲夠滑,而且用過頭抽來浸嘅味道係唔同嘅,豉油味令人一定要食雞皮,唔識食就真係浪費,隻雞本身帶少量脂肪,所以食起上嚟更加滑啦,果然也沒有令我們失望,用來送飯一流呢!除了燒味外,我們也點了清蒸沙巴斑。上面鋪滿蔥絲同薑絲,斑嘅下面就係蒸海鮮嘅豉油同埋鮮味嘅汁,淋返上面頭就最啱啦。魚肉鮮甜,魚也十分厚肉,沒有半點魚腥味,唔駛十分鐘,我地將整條魚清掉了!🤤條魚本身夠新鮮,清蒸煮法最能帶出鮮味,用來控制蒸煮嘅時間都好重要。最後仲有避風塘風味既蓮藕餅,賣相超正,仲有陣陣香椒味撲鼻,口水直流。避風塘味道真係炒到無得輸,辣味剛剛好,藕餅超脆口,加上用新鮮蝦膠釀製,啖啖蝦肉同蓮藕味超夾,真係令人食過番尋味。
