To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有朋友joined DOLCE 88會員，所以有coupon換16件蛋糕同我share，身為甜品怪，當然拍爛手掌讚好啦DOLCE 88每月推出不同款式，11月就有9款，而當中焦糖梨子慕斯更是得獎作品。本人特別讚好的是粟子塔和紐約芝士蛋糕。我一向都不太喜歡粟子蛋糕，大概是童年陰影，人生的第一口粟子蛋糕只給我難食的標記，但今次抱住一試的心態，由一小口變大口大口的回味著，真的愛上了粟子蛋糕。而紐約芝士蛋糕每次都是首選，有雜果配塔下，顯得芝士不太漿口，餅底有鬆軟感，好評
