To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同我條佬逛完花園街後準備吃晚飯，特意過去紅橋👀看看，門口暫未有人等候，二話不說立即入座我們點了兩個晚餐，分別是芥末汁安格斯牛小扒伴南瓜茸燴意大利飯$108和馬蘇里拉碎牛肉海蝦燴長通粉$78，並附送前菜，餐湯和餐飲這個價錢對比同區的西餐廳的確是大衆化•吞拿魚雜菜沙律•前菜是吞拿魚雜菜沙律，吞拿魚份量不少，連同沙律菜一起吃，新鮮美味～•周打蜆湯•餐湯可選中湯或西湯，我俩都選擇西湯，湯身較稀，湯內有不少蜆肉，洋蔥，非常足料～•芥末汁安格斯牛小扒伴南瓜茸燴意大利飯•牛小扒帶筋較韌，沾上芥末汁更滋味；飯粒口感煙煙韌韌加上濃稠的南瓜茸汁，還有不少南瓜粒，洋蔥，車厘茄作配，每一啖都口感豐富，吃起來挺飽肚～•馬蘇里拉碎牛肉海蝦燴長通粉•海蝦大大隻又爽口彈牙；碎牛肉肉味香濃；長通粉入口煙韌富咬口～非常滿足的一餐，這裏絕對是性價比高的餐廳
