入口濃郁,蜆嘅鮮味完全融入忌廉湯裡面
每一啖都濃滑滋味,暖笠笠


前菜嘅單骨蜜味雞翼同蝦多士,亦都冇令人失望。
雞翼烤到金黃油亮,蜜味恰到好處,
甜香入肉,咬落去外皮香脆,
裡面嘅肉嫩到出汁。


蝦多士就更唔使講,蝦肉彈牙,
好多芝麻,加倍香脆
夾住蝦肉嘅多士烘得酥脆,
一口咬落,香脆彈牙,口感豐富到爆。


主食方面,蜜椒灘下脾伴蛋包飯真係超有驚喜。
蛋包飯嘅蛋皮煎得又薄又嫩,香氣撲鼻,
裡面嘅飯炒得粒粒分明,搭配嘅蜜椒灘下脾,
肉質鮮嫩多汁,蜜椒味調得剛剛好,
微微辣又帶甜,混合埋蛋包飯一齊食,
每一口都好滿足。




紐西蘭肉眼扒沙律菜配燒汁,
肉眼扒煎到軟林林,一刀切落去,
肉汁潺潺流出,入口即化嘅口感,
配上清爽嘅沙律菜同香濃嘅燒汁,
中和得恰到好處。
炸薯角就更加唔容錯過,外脆內嫩,
鹹香可口,食完一塊又想一塊。




飲品方面:
經典紅豆冰同洛神花梳打,簡直就係解膩神器。
紅豆冰嘅紅豆煮得綿綿嘅,冰涼甜蜜,大口吸入,暑氣全消。
洛神花梳打就清新酸爽,帶住淡淡嘅花香,飲完令人精神一振。

今天途經太子花墟附近,見到一間幾年前曾經光顧過的餐廳,不過這間已是新舖了。我們享用了兩款晚餐,一款是炸軟殼蟹忌廉意粉,另一款是黑松露忌廉海鮮意粉。另外加了 2 份前菜「鴨胸沙律」及 1 份小食「蜜糖雞翼+蝦多士」。首先,跟餐我們點了忌廉湯,湯內有不少磨菇片,夠味的,不過不夠忌廉味,比較似港式茶記風味。沙律是日式胡麻醬的雜菜沙律,伴有兩片煎得香口的鴨胸。軟殼蟹意粉,有一隻炸得酥脆的軟殼蟹,配上濃郁的忌廉汁意粉,相當美味。黑松露海鮮意粉,內有青口、煎帶子、煎蝦仁各一隻,淡淡的黑松露忌廉汁,有着另一種美味。小食是蜜糖雞翼,這些是單骨炸雞翼(有6件),非常好味可口,蝦多士有2件,炸得香脆,蝦膠厚厚,但質地比較實,這款我覺得一般。餐飲點了兩杯熱咖啡。這頓晚餐吃得相當滿足啊!

今天途經太子花墟附近,見到一間幾年前曾經光顧過的餐廳,不過這間已是新舖了。我們享用了兩款晚餐,一款是炸軟殼蟹忌廉意粉,另一款是黑松露忌廉海鮮意粉。另外加了 2 份前菜「鴨胸沙律」及 1 份小食「蜜糖雞翼+蝦多士」。
首先,跟餐我們點了忌廉湯,湯內有不少磨菇片,夠味的,不過不夠忌廉味,比較似港式茶記風味。沙律是日式胡麻醬的雜菜沙律,伴有兩片煎得香口的鴨胸。軟殼蟹意粉,有一隻炸得酥脆的軟殼蟹,配上濃郁的忌廉汁意粉,相當美味。黑松露海鮮意粉,內有青口、煎帶子、煎蝦仁各一隻,淡淡的黑松露忌廉汁,有着另一種美味。小食是蜜糖雞翼,這些是單骨炸雞翼(有6件),非常好味可口,蝦多士有2件,炸得香脆,蝦膠厚厚,但質地比較實,這款我覺得一般。餐飲點了兩杯熱咖啡。這頓晚餐吃得相當滿足啊!

我愛青醬所以點這個菜, 煙三文魚卷成花放意大利面中央, 看得出廚師製作一點兒也不馬虎。除三文魚外, 碟內尚有少量蔬菜, 如蘆筍及茄子, 三文魚不會太鹹, 非常腍身, 以刀义撕開再加上蔬菜配料來食, 能做到啖啖面條都有餸入口。青醬味道及闊條面口感算是不過不失。

3)鮮茄菠羅芝士雞扒焗飯
焗飯總是需要時間, 這個菜稍遲才上到枱。菠羅不多, 一件雞扒已切開四份, 芝士與蕃茄醬已焗成一體, 吃起來有少少拉絲, 配撘米飯, 不錯!
4)凍檸茶
以為要湯就不再有餐飲, 原來兩者皆得。炎炎夏日飲凍檸茶透心涼。

星期六過來太子上堂,先嚟過早午餐,未夠十一點就嚟到太子,這個地段,大部分店舖都是11點開舖,所以嚟得安靜,可以慢慢地選擇食咩好⋯⋯五款午餐當中,都幾多元化,無論是西式的意大利飯、意粉及焗飯,又有中日式一字骨蛋包飯,甚至咖哩也有⋯⋯餐湯方便也有中、西式選擇,筆者今次選擇了西湯,忌廉麻菇湯,熱騰騰拎出來,已加分不少,奈何落粉唔混,有點杰的狀態。黑松露忌廉汁野菌海蝦意粉$62~依個價錢又包餐湯及餐飲,套餐熱騰騰拎出來,大衆化價錢,一讚。整體來說:港式西餐廳,港版中西日及咖哩都有,照顧週到,家庭式感覺,店員很有禮貌,雖然沒有即磨咖啡,但誠意撘夠,$68套餐冇收加一,相當合理。
