To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情之下，這間潮州小店仍然有不少捧場客；外賣就更加多了。無它的，以相宜價錢換質素不錯的食物，隔涉一點也能吸引區外人光顅。蓮藕章魚綠豆煲西施骨無味精靚湯，分量不但可供二人享用，且味足料多，必叫。馬友是我最喜歡的魚種之一，這兒的煎馬友做得非常好，幾乎是逢到必點，外層香脆、肉細滑；魚油豐盛，一口白飯、一口魚肉，樂呵樂呵！豬油撈麵以粗為佳，麵條彈牙、容易掛汁；油香+鹹香，誰不愛？雙併中的鹽香雞嫩而帶嚼勁，墨魚口感彈性；滷汁香卻不過鹹，反倒是底層的豆腐不太入味。尚御潮滷居地址: 大角咀杉樹街2-16號金基大廈地下5號舖電話: 23383119
