To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食完「很得輝」嘅炸雞髀,向前行多兩個街口,買外賣。話說呢間餐廳係前排睇「空肚講宵夜」,有一集講大角咀,其中一樣嘢食就係鵝肝,我見到都好吸引喎,即刻上網摷吓係邊間,終於比我搵到,就係「尚御潮滷居」。酒香鵝肝,半份($110)因為淺嚐,無要一份,半份已經足夠了(大約有十數片)。師傅切好後,會倒入大約兩三湯匙嘅酒浸住鵝肝,拎到返屋企,打開個盒,酒香味仍有。鵝肝口感十分軟滑,除外層稍稍無咁滑,裡面幾乎入口即溶。因為鵝肝本身浸煮時已經有底味,再加上酒,層次再豐富啲,整體不錯。滷水鵝頭頸,例牌($68)屬於「外賣優惠專區」餐牌,睇住師傅斬,一直斬,繼續斬,咁多嘅,足足斬咗成個鵝頭+成條鵝頸,真係好大份(諗住例牌,都唔會好多啫)。至於味道,滷水味唔咸(初頭覺得可以再咸少少,味再濃丁丁就好,但食吓食吓,又幾夠味喎),香料味亦有。鵝頸皮滑,接近無肥膏,但鵝頸肉好有咬口,都要有番咁上下牙力先咬得開,但慢慢噒吓骨,嘆下啤酒,都幾疏肝。 continue reading
