To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 聖誕節期間，因為疫情，很多人都不願外出。連以往一直都很熱鬧的海港城也人煙稀少。不少食肆更做大減價，其中這一間食店變做外賣六折優惠。因為泊車優惠，所以我便決定在這兒買外賣。我叫了一個兒童餐給孩子，價值還不用30元。裏面有牛肉玉米，飯造成小熊的樣子，裏面還夾雜三文魚，孩子看著很可愛，不捨得吃。但最後還是把所有飯吃光，相信味道還不錯。牛肉比較乾，肥肉比例比較多。因為是給孩子吃的，所以味道也比較清淡，家長應該可以放心。我自己另外叫了一個鰻魚飯，飯的份量十足，但是鰻魚的份量比較少，但是這個價錢還算相當便宜。鰻魚的味道跟超市買的鰻魚味道沒有什麼分別，可能因為我乘車回家後才吃，外賣都放涼了，味道大打折扣，真是可惜。
