To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 價廉物美，燉湯出色

食咗百分百好多次，今日終於決定寫食評。我覺得佢最出色係燉湯，好足料，不過份量好似比以前細咗，以前用好大個湯碗，今日用咗細湯碗。金銀蛋莧菜都好好味，菜心好入味。薑蔥霸王雞好厚肉，高質素。不過以前都間唔中試過隻雞好瘦唔多肉，所以今日好驚喜。反而咕嚕肉就麻麻，個汁好杰，太黏。仲有紅米飯，以前好多糙米，但係宜家得幾粒，有少少失望。不過價錢確實超值，$176有埋燉湯，仲有咁大隻雞，另外個菜又好出色，雖然其他有少少缺點，不過算啦。
