To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗個下午茶餐,自選兩餸配粉麵,咁我就揀咗炒蛋餐肉公仔麵。嚟到發現錯咗,炒蛋變咗流心蛋,奈何本人係唔食生蛋,咁咪同職員反映個蛋錯咗。職員好笑啦,佢話:「睇唔到」,得!咁我開返電話落單紀錄俾佢睇:「下!呢度寫住炒蛋喎。」跟住佢拎走咗碗麵,再返返過嚟話冇晒炒蛋(好好笑,你到底係冇蛋?定係你唔想炒?咁你夜晚晚餐有個蝦仁炒蛋又係咩一回事?)。我同佢講你冇炒蛋可以同我講,我可以轉做熟蛋,因為我唔食生蛋,但佢竟然唔理我,我再同佢好大聲講,我唔食生蛋架呀姐,即係流心蛋,佢先有反應,又拎咗我碗麵去,我聽到佢同廚房講拎返去煮返熟,咁我碗麵都腍晒啦,俾你咁舞黎舞去。跟住我就話唔洗換,當我黑仔,呢個時候有其他職員介入,跟住就話幫我換過碗。(其實都唔想換,但佢已經好快手拎走咗)跟住又有炒蛋啦喎,我咪問職員咁得意嘅唔係冇炒蛋咩,佢話本身茶餐冇得轉喎。我話係你哋QR code度有得揀架喎,冇得轉就唔好俾人揀啦。佢又再兜話係更新咗佢哋都唔知。全程一句唔好意思都冇,好似我唔食生蛋係我問題,麻煩到佢哋咁款。有冇搞清楚其實係你嚟錯嘢? continue reading

今日行街行到好攰,想搵個有冷氣地方坐一坐,順便食個下午茶,休息一下🥰🥰🥰見到百份百餐廳有「紅豆西多士配炸雞翼」嘅下午茶,睇相覺得好好味,一於叫嚟試一試先😘紅豆西多士一上枱就好驚豔,真係好厚好厚,目測應該有10 cm咁厚,喺香港食過最厚嘅西多士👍🏻多士偏濕,唔算Zaza最鍾意食嘅質地同口感😛厚厚西多士嘅上面都算多紅豆,紅豆嘅味道正正常常,冇話特別好食,都唔算難食至於炸雞翼真係好酥脆,好好味 continue reading

今晚家中無人煮飯,個個出曬街,只好自己一人落樓下附近食個晚飯。來到啟朗苑一樓的百分百餐廳,剛好六點鐘開始晚市,我就點了咕嚕肉,原盅燉湯和凍檸水。酸酸甜甜的咕嚕肉開胃,但味道較濃,不能全吃。燉湯反而清淡無咩油,做得不錯。整體ok continue reading
