To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天工作完一行六人到青山道近永隆街譚仔食中午飯,我同事柯打?好大碗麥?都有?清湯米線,而我豬?拼雞肉大辣因我仲要辣配凍檸茶少甜,土匪雞翼。麥?都有大碗米線可以兩人用已夠飽,大家又知唔知此店售價$36比起旺角、佐敦分店平?$3,另加配飲品$3亦比起旺角佐敦平?$2-$3。每次我到任何譚仔食豬?都?得好有口感唔會過熟而勒,雞肉雖然是胸肉但不會鞋口。土匪雞翼雖然面有好似炸??黑芝麻但食落一D無苦味仲好香口又有肉汁,因是即炸。
