To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

為慶祝結婚週年紀念, 與老公到Harbour Grand 食爐端燒, 其實是家人推介的, 所以覺得可以一試。上網Full pay 訂了相拱撲午餐, 有九折,每日大約$600 左右, 可食2個半鐘。除了西京燒很滑,挺好味外之外, 其他食物質素都很一般, 牛肉沒有牛味, 帶子過熟很韌; 刺身不新鮮, 其實食物也是不過不失; 而且食物款式少, 我們在openrice 看到的相片餐牌已經不update, 餐牌食物變得更少有些食物廚師空閒時預先燒定。 到我們想點時再取出來再加燒, 肉變得很韌,過熟廚師的夾是萬用夾, 用來夾生食物, 燒食物, 清理燒爐, 擠壓垃圾, 取放在遠處食材,全都是用同一個夾 。甜品是有包裝膠袋包住上的,不是自家製, 沒有誠意可言 總括而言, 600元的午餐可以有更好的質素。
